PURPOSE OF AGREEMENT: This agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which the Training Institution will provide safety-related training programs in accordance with PSC® quality standards. 2. TRAINING PROGRAMS: The Training Institution agrees to develop and deliver safety-related training programs that meet the requirements set forth by PSC®. These programs shall adhere to the PSC® quality standards. 3. QUALITY ASSURANCE: The Training Institution commits to maintaining the highest standards of quality in all aspects of the training programs offered. PSC® reserves the right to assess and ensure compliance with its standards. 4. PSC® REPRESENTATION: The Training Institution agrees to represent PSC® accurately and positively in all promotional and marketing materials related to the safety training programs. 5. COMPLIANCE WITH PSC® REQUIREMENTS: The Training Institution shall comply with any additional requirements specified by PSC® and communicated in writing. 6. TERM AND TERMINATION: This agreement shall be effective as of the date first above written and shall continue until terminated by either party with a 30-day written notice. 7. CONFIDENTIALITY: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information exchanged during the term of this agreement. 8. GOVERNING LAW: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
